Maintenance Services
Our Maintenance
Services Division offers 24 hour service response generally within a 75
mile radius of Houston. We are authorized warranty providers for
Gilbarco, Dresser Wayne and many other PEI manufacturers. We have an
extensive “in-house” parts inventory that enables us to service major
brand dispensers, Point of Sale consoles and leak detection systems.
Alliance can structure a custom maintenance plan based upon the customer’s
requirements. Maintenance agreements can include preventive maintenance
programs and can be based upon a monthly fixed fee, hourly plan or a
combination thereof.
The Alliance service
program assures state of the art maintenance for major oil companies,
national convenience store chains, regional marketers and commercial fleet
fueling facilities. Our program can be structured for a single site
operator or for a chain of locations. Our service clients include
Exxon-Mobil, Shell, Motiva Enterprises, Chevron-Texaco, Diamond Shamrock,
United Parcel Service, Race Trac Petroleum and other leading petroleum
retailers and commercial operators.
Our most important
service resource is our people. We have 15 certified, factory authorized
service technicians. Alliance promotes a drug free work place and is
proactive in assuring proper work-site safety practices. Our trained field
staff are coordinated by a in-house dispatching system and operate from
radio dispatched vehicles. Alliance customers always speak directly with
the service dispatcher or on-call technician, never an answering service.
We manage and coordinate all field staff activities through the use of
Crossform operational software technology.
Alliance keeps its staff trained and certified on the industries most
advanced and cutting-edge technologies within the retail fueling industry.
We service the equipment we install and are adept in rolling out new
equipment or system software upgrades with a minimum amount of interruption

UST Installation Services
Alliance provides
Underground Storage Tank installation, removals and upgrades through
our Installation Services Division (CRP000134). Alliance can offer the customer
a detailed work proposal or operate from a Time & Materials basis.
Every project is supervised by a TCEQ licensed professional,
experienced in all phases of UST work. Alliance is proficient in
completing projects ranging from new turnkey fueling systems to site
upgrades to customer regulatory surveys. Alliance minimizes the use
of subcontractors thus saving our customers time and money through
better project control. Alliance handles all aspects of site
construction from concrete saw cutting to pavement replacement and
we utilize our own construction equipment.
 
The
Installation Services Division has completed a wide range of UST
projects including:

Support Services & Parts
One of the
many services our Support Services Division offers customers is a
cost effective alternative to new equipment. Alliance refurbishes
multi-product dispensers, Point of Sale consoles and electronic
devices such as printers. Our refurbished equipment is thoroughly
tested electronically and mechanically (and hydraulically if
possible) prior to shipment. Our one year warranty insures reliance
and customer satisfaction.
 
We stock many
OEM fueling system parts. Our knowledgeable sales staff is ready to
assist our customers in selecting the correct part. Dispenser
hanging hardware (nozzles, hoses, break-a-ways, etc.) as well as
OEM Gilbarco and Dresser Wayne electronic boards are just a few of
the parts kept on hand. In addition, we stock many hard to find
parts for Gilbarco dispensers and POS registers and printers. We
are authorized distributors for Verifone, Healy, Diversified
Remediation Controls, ThermTech and ESD Waste-2-Water Inc.
Alliance also
offers our customers strategic asset management solutions and act as
a nationwide POS redeployment arm for several major oil companies.
Used POS devices are received from all over the country and
refurbished with OEM parts, tested and packaged for re-deployment. Monthly
inventory services for customer asset reporting is available.
Alliance has over 100 thousand square feet of secured, insured
onsite warehouse space available for our customers asset management
needs
