Environmental
Services Division
Our Environmental Services
Division is based in our Houston office, but is mobile throughout
Texas and occasionally reaches into bordering states. Mobile Dual
Phase Extraction (MDPE) events, Remediation Feasibility Studies,
Aquifer Stress Tests and Emergency Response activities are performed
using our proprietary OXYVAC
line of treatment systems. Our professional teams carry out
complete system installation. Services for existing remediation
systems include evaluation, repair, operation and maintenance as
well as system upgrades. Additional Environmental services include
aquifer pump tests, groundwater monitoring, vapor sample collection,
and a full line of environmental site manager support services.

MDPE events range from eight hours
to seven days duration. All OXYVAC
units used in MDPE events
are fully self contained and require no utility connections. Events
of 72 hours and greater include a mobile water treatment system,
security fencing and a technician on site 8 hours per day and on
call 24/7.

Remediation Feasibility Studies (RFT) are conducted using an
OXYVAC
unit modified for collecting the site-specific data required for
evaluating and designing a system at an environmentally impacted
site. RFTs have been conducted at Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank
sites, dry cleaning operations, and sites of chemical spills.
Aquifer Stress Tests are designed and evaluated with the assistance
of a registered professional engineer or hydrologist. Alliance Maintenance
& Services owns the necessary equipment, pumps, transducers and data loggers
to properly conduct various aquifer-pumping tests.
Installation of Remediation systems includes plan and specification
development, evaluation of alternative equipment, permitting, utility
coordination, start-up training and scheduled operation and maintenance.
Our goal is to provide quality manufactured products, installed correctly,
operated efficiently and maintained properly to provide maximum operation
time for the months or years required to achieve site closure.

Leased Equipment can be trailer or skid mounted. Most
equipment is designed for site-specific needs. From pumps, blowers, air
strippers, and thermal oxidizers to oil-water separators or chemical
injection systems, Alliance can satisfy your equipment needs, whether it is
a DNAPL or LNAPL removal system.

Existing Remediation System Services include assisting consultants
in maintaining operational up time, normal repairs and maintenance as well
as system upgrades when needed. Weekly or monthly site visits can be
scheduled to either perform all tasks needed for Operation, Monitoring and
Performance or to conduct heavy maintenance as needed to optimize system
operation and contaminant removal.
Environmental Site Manager Support Services, where our motto,
“Whatever It Takes”, comes out. Removing pumps stuck in wells, evacuating
silt filled wells, repairing damages caused by auto accidents or acts of
nature, standing in as a representative for a client at site activities
performed by others, or traveling to a client’s remote location to
photograph and collect data, we do “whatever it takes”.
