At Alliance Maintenance & Services, Inc., it is our mission to engineer, manufacture, and provide innovative water treatment products and services of the highest quality and dependability, that deliver the greatest value to our ever-expanding customer base. We use original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) parts and components in our systems. Alliance has a vision and a commitment for innovative product design, and to assemble skid, rack, or mobile systems to fit your sites needs and requirements.
• AC powered water treatment system
• This system is installed at a processing and transmission plant in East Central New Mexico.
It is used for converting saline well water to potable water on site. The operator of the facility had been paying over $1500 per week for potable water delivery to the site.(image 1)

Reverse Osmosis water treatment system
• This mobile, air and solar powered unit, is used for Chloride impacted water. It is complete with an air compressor and down well pneumatic pump. It is currently at work in southeastern New Mexico. (images 5 and 6)
Water Treatment Field Testing Unit
• Mobile, Reverse Osmosis with Nano-filters, catalyst and transfer tanks for this three stage water treatment unit.
• Stage one operates at 70psi.
• Stage two operates at 165psi.
• Stage three operates at 200psi.
Chloride concentrations, prior to entering the system, were tested at 9,850 ppm. After the final polishing stage, chlorides were reduced to less than 30ppm, a reduction of 99.7 %.
Because of stringent discharge requirements, 60% of the contaminated water was rejected after system treatment, however, the remaining 40% was well below drinking water standards for all analyzed components. Flow rate during this Chloride reduction averaged 8 gpm. (images 7-10)
Reverse Osmosis (enclosed unit)
This 3 GPM unit was built for Highlander Environmental in West Texas.

Reverse Osmosis (enclosed trailer unit. 20,000gpd, 14gpm.)
This unit is diesel powered and less than 70dB while the unit is running inside trailer where the generator is mounted.
The design is for mobile treatment of chloride impacted water with two ranges. The first range being from 500ppm to 4,500pmm and is able to be switched to the higher range by simply turning two knobs. The second range is from 5,000ppm to 9,800ppm.
This unit has been successfully tested in the real world and is currently working in the field. It has a pre-filter system, a 200# carbon vessel, bag filters, and our catalyst system included. In the field it has dealt with small amounts of PSH and DPH. It also has two totalizing meters and four flow meters for constant water flow monitoring.
