Mobile Dual Phase Extraction

Enhanced Vacuum Recovery
Alliance Maintenance & Services, Inc. has performed more than 4,000 MDPE events since 1998. We have developed multiple units for performing MDPE events ranging from 8 hours to 30 days, or more. Our Oxy Vac line of units are based on trailer mounted, self contained, mobile remediation systems, very similar to permanent on-site installations.
Typically, our MDPE units are stand alone systems requiring no outside power or support. Each of the six MDPE units is equipped with a complete Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE) and a Ground Water Extraction (GWE) system. Three units are specifically designed and operated to treat extracted fluids for discharge on site.
Oxy Vac 3, Oxy Vac 5, and Oxy Vac 8 (used for up to 72 hour events) are designed to pump recovered gases to a thermal oxidizer, while liquids are generally transferred to our storage tanks for disposal by a recycling facility.
Oxy Vac 6 and Oxy Vac 7 (used for 7 day events) are capable of up to 20 gpm water treatment and 500 cfm vapor recovery. These units process both liquids and vapors on site, with the liquids being discharged on site.
Oxy Vac 11 has been specifically designed to perform for longer term events. Typically, this unit is set up for events of 30 days or more. It requires a 240 volt, 3 phase, 200 amp service be provided.
Our crews are 40 hour OSHA trained, with all required 8 hour updates. In addition all crew members are required to remain current on API Worksafe, Hydrogen Sulfide certification, Loss Prevention System, Competent Person Excavation Safety and CPR/First Aid. Our teams receive site specific safety briefings, when they are available, or conduct our own when needed. Each day begins with a tailgate safety meeting and updates as conditions change.
