About Us
Alliance is a
privately held Texas Corporation directed by Patrick Reynolds (Chief
Executive Officer) and Wayne Gresser (President). Alliance was formed on
May 13, 1998. On December 7, 1998, Alliance Maintenance purchased the
assets of a petroleum service business in the Houston and San Antonio, Texas
areas. Through this transition we were successful in maintaining an
excellent technical and management team.
Alliance Maintenance
& Services is an active member in several National and Regional industry
associations. Wayne Gresser is acting Vice President of the Texas
Association of Storage Tank Professionals (TASTP) Board of Directors. We
are affiliate members with the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) and a
member of Texas Petroleum and Convenience Store Association (TPCA).
Alliance is a charter member of the Indoor Air Quality Association of
Texas. Alliance is also a member of the BICSI. Alliance is an associate
member of the Louisiana Association of Petroleum Equipment Contractors.
Alliance Maintenance
& Services’ headquarters is located in a 100,000 square foot office
warehouse facility located in Houston, Texas. A 6250 square foot regional
office/warehouse facility is located in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Alliance Maintenance
& Services has demonstrated steady growth since inception. This has largely
been due to our motivated management team and to our dedication to customer
service. We welcome challenge and are not afraid to embark on new projects
with new opportunities. The Alliance team is driven toward excellence and
is not limited by geographical borders. We currently service customers in
New Mexico, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Florida and Georgia.
